WASHING PROCESS
Caring for Mohair, Naturally
Mohair is gently opened and soaked in temperature-controlled baths. Fleeces are turned by hand, and water is filtered and reused to reduce waste.
Gentle agitation on wooden rods prevents felting, keeping the fibers soft, even, and lofty. Skeins hang to release excess water before low-energy drying, with all treated effluents meeting strict environmental standards, ready for responsible spinning and knitting.

DYEING PROCESS
Gentle, Responsible Dyeing
Skeins are conditioned and dyed in low-impact baths that protect mohair. Resting by shade lot ensures even, traceable color, while circulation in sealed vessels delivers rich, long-lasting tones. Each bundle is tagged with recipe, time, and temperature.

WAEVING PROCESS
Precision Weaving
Mohair yarns are threaded and tensioned for clean, efficient weaving. Dyed cones feed the loom smoothly as shuttles build durable, low-shed textiles with natural loft. Density and selvedges are carefully monitored for consistent, waste-minimized fabric.

FINISHING PROCESS
Careful Finishing
Fabrics are aligned, inspected for color and quality, trimmed, and finished with sewn edges and fringes. Final pile is raised for a soft, consistent touch, ready for shipment.
